Mary Welliver, Horn:

Mary holds Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees in French Horn Performance from the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Maryland, where she studied with, now retired Baltimore Symphony Principal Hornist, Robert Pierce.

In addition to being the Hornist for the Homewood Brass Consort, Mary is also, currently, Third and Co-Principal Hornist for the Hopkins Symphony Orchestra.

In addition to past appearances with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Mary has been a member of the horn section of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, Annapolis Opera Orchestra and the Cockpit in Court Orchestra (Baltimore, MD). She also held the position of Principal Horn for the New Holland Concert Band in Pennsylvania and was also the Hornist for the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater Orchestra (Lancaster, PA) and the Sounds of Brass (Lancaster, PA brass quintet).
